Garden Regeneration is a female-owned gardening business established in 2017 and based in Mid Sussex, specialising in the long-term maintenance and restoration of gardens. My work balances clients’ vision with the health of plants, soil, and local wildlife, using a naturalistic yet neat and tidy approach.
I hold RHS Level 2 horticultural qualifications from Plumpton College and continue to develop my practice through experience and further training. My work often includes planting design, soil improvement, and sustainable garden management, with particular interests in permaculture, composting, fruit tree care, propagation, climbers, and gardening for wellbeing.
I usually work independently to enjoy focus and quality, but I also remain open to collaborative projects. I am a registered member of The Gardeners’ Guild and an active participant in professional gardening networks.
My wider background includes work in the charitable, healthcare, and educational publishing sectors in the UK and abroad. I hold both BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees and have experience in teaching and training.
