Garden Regeneration is a female-owned gardening business founded in 2017 and based in Mid Sussex, specialising in the long-term care and restoration of gardens.
My approach balances each client’s vision with the health of plants, soil, and local wildlife—creating spaces that feel natural, abundant, and professionally finished. Much of my work comes through word of mouth, allowing me to focus on what I love most: working closely with gardens over time.
I hold RHS Level 2 qualifications from Plumpton College and continue to develop my practice through hands-on experience and further training. My work includes planting design, soil improvement, and sustainable garden management, with particular interests in wildlife-friendly gardening, composting, fruit tree care, propagation, climbers, and gardening for wellbeing.
As a sole trader, I value the creativity and focus of working independently, while also welcoming collaboration and connection within the gardening community. I am a registered member of The Gardeners’ Guild.
Before horticulture, I worked across the charitable, healthcare, and educational publishing sectors in the UK and internationally, with strong ties to West, East, and Southern Africa—where my love of nature first took root.
I hold BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees and enjoy sharing knowledge through my work where possible.
At home, I care for a thriving micro-orchard of fruit trees and vines. I also have a busy family life with two children, two dogs, three guinea pigs, and a cat—so I understand the importance of gardens that are both beautiful and lived in
